Kefir for people with hypothyroidism

Studies show that approximately 30 million people in the United States suffer from thyroid disease and that approximately 80% of them suffer from an underactive thyroid. If you have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, the most common treatment, Synthroid, has been prescribed for you.

Synthroid is hormone replacement therapy that tries to compensate for your underactive thyroid. The active ingredient in Synthroid is levothyroxine, a synthetic form of your body's natural thyroid hormone, thyroxine. You may be taking Synthroid with a slight change in your hyposymptoms. This can be due to many factors, but the first and easiest to use is absorption.

Levothyroxine is absorbed in the lower intestine. For this reason, you are advised to take Synthroid with a large 8-ounce glass of water to drive the pill all the way down. If you don't drink at least 1 liter of glass with your Synthroid, you will get about the same results as if you stuck the pill on your forehead. The hormone is not absorbed by your system and you will hardly notice any changes in your symptoms. Drink at least 300 ml of water each time you take Synthroid!

Okay, that's the first step. The next factor to check is the consumption of calcium and iron. The thyroid hormone will bind to these substances and be eliminated from your body with them. Therefore, make sure you do not take calcium or iron 2-3 hours before or after taking your Synthroid pill. This includes supplements, milk, and fortified juices. Also take your pill on an empty stomach and do not eat anything for at least an hour afterwards.

Even if you do all of this correctly, your body may not be absorbing the hormone properly. This is due to the complex ecosystem of bacterial organisms that populate the bottom of your gut where the drug can be absorbed. If this ecosystem gets out of control and usually happens with highly processed foods, your intestinal wall will take synthroid badly into your system. It is therefore necessary to rebalance the bacteria in your digestive tract. How shall we do it?

Probiotics are bacteria that give their host, in this case our body, beneficial effects. We need a large number of these substances to maintain a healthy gut and prevent bad pathogenic bacteria from harming us. The aim is to consume probiotics regularly, in large numbers and with the bacteria in an active state. The best way to do this is to drink kefir.

What is kefir? Kefir is a fermented milk drink that is rich in probiotics. It is made by adding kefir grains, a matrix of living bacteria that looks like cooked cauliflower, to milk and allowing it to ferment. Once the kefir is stretched, the liquid obtained is a living probiotic wonder drink. Really richer in fresh probiotics than yogurt or probiotic supplements. If you drink kefir daily, your system will regain the balance it needs to properly absorb Synthroid.

In addition to this benefit, kefir can also help alleviate some of the symptoms of an underactive thyroid. These include acid reflux, constipation and gas. If you have a healthy and functioning digestive system, these symptoms are no longer a problem.

First, make sure that Synthroid is properly incorporated into your system to ensure that your hypothyroidism is being treated properly.

The problem with T4 drugs

The sad decade of the 1960s brought with it a typhoon of cultural disasters. And at the top of the list were thyroid and synthroid blood tests.

If you know anything about the 1960s, your confused mind can only try to understand the disasters that can surpass any other debacle of that decade.

And thanks to your government in action, they're still working on their misfortune. Patients from the sea to the bright sea and around the world suffer endlessly and unnecessarily from thyroid blood tests and synthroid, so we have to talk about it.

While tests and synthroid are just as bad, let's take a look at synthroid today.

The natural thyroid consists of five parts, T4 (the amino acid tyrosine plus four iodine molecules), T3 (tyrosine with three iodine molecules), T2 (tyrosine with two iodine molecules), T1 (tyrosine with one iodine molecule), and calcitonin.

T4 doesn't do much, while T3 has a lot of mojo to power our cells. When your body needs more juice, it converts T4 to T3 to keep the party going.

The T4 / T3 conversion, which mainly takes place in the liver, cannot take place without sufficient vitamins and minerals - vitamin B, iodine and selenium as three examples. Label it as # 1 problem because most of us are deficient.

However, this means that we can fix thyroid problems by building and maintaining a solid vitamin / mineral program. For example, did you know that a simple copper / zinc imbalance can make you hypo or hyper depending on how the imbalance tends? But I'm going astray.

How did we get into this mess? If we don't produce enough thyroid hormones, we spend our days making stranded whale impressions, and all this misery has made the visions of dollar signs dance in the minds of crackerjack developers. "Let's make synthetic thyroid hormone," they cried, and that's how Synthroid was born.

But it's actually not a synthetic thyroid hormone; It's a synthetic T4, just part of the real thing.

Since T4 is converted to T3, the T3 part was skipped. And since they decided that T2, T1 and calcitonin were not necessary, they also ignored them.

But their synthetic T4 doesn't really look and our bodies don't really like ugly plastics. Convert to T3? How? He doesn't even recognize that.

For this reason, we do not get a T3. You will remember that where the mojo is located is T3.

And it gets worse. It turns out that T2 and T1 do many of the things that T3 is recognized for and they are not visible in this scenario.

Thus, Synthroid patients receive a synthetic drug that their body cannot handle, and not T3, T2, T1. And you're wondering why you're pulling down?

But here is the kicker. Although Synthroid does not treat hypothyroidism, it does lead to a normal blood test. They are still hypothyroid and are at high risk for heart disease, cancer and all sorts of things. However, tests show that you are fine.

And the bad beat continues. A weak thyroid gland causes little calcitonin and little calcitonin leads to osteoporosis. Synthroid has no calcitonin to take over, and there is now increasing talk that Synthroid is actually eating our bones.

Doctors say that osteoporosis only results from an overdose of the thyroid. The point is, no dose of the natural thyroid causes osteoporosis, no matter how low it is, but any dose of Synthroid, no matter how low it is.

Conclusion: Although the tests appear to be very good, Synthroid does not treat hypothyroidism. it only causes osteoporosis.

But governments around the world insist that it is the only drug that patients with hypothyroidism can have.

The British health service only allows Synthroid or one of its ugly cousins. The same applies to most countries in the European Union. Military doctors in the United States are prohibited from prescribing a natural thyroid. The same applies to Medicare. And probably Medicaid.

What are these famous words? "I'm from the government and I'm here to help you." It's a win, plain and simple, but no one seems ready to stop it.
